We met Miguel at one of his open houses. We liked his personality and after spending some time talking, we decided he was the right agent for selling our condo. The condo needed various updates (carpet, paint, handyman, etc.) to prepare for sale. Miguel coordinated with the vendors and monitored the appointments, and communicated with us regularly. When the updates were done, the place looked new and fresh and ready for sale. Miguel did a lot of research and recommended listing the condo at the right price, so that we avoided low offers and negotiations. He sold it in just 3 days! We were very satisfied with the results. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Miguel. We will be contacting him when we are ready for our next real estate opportunity.
