I cannot imagine going through the home-buying process in Denver (as a first-time buyer no less) without Sarah. For example, I was living out-of-state when I started my search, so Sarah went to an open house on my behalf, filmed every room in the house while narrating what she was seeing, and sent me a summary of her opinion on the listing afterwards. Despite a tough market, as the search went on Sarah kept reminding me not to compromise on my deal-breakers, while also not allowing my budget to keep creeping up and up trying to find the perfect spot. She negotiated a great offer, walked me through the confusing and endless paperwork for closing. Ultimately, I ended up in just the right place. And that's not even to mention how she dropped off flowers on the doorstep for my first anniversary in my home, and she dropped off a wreath for the holidays. She's just the best. I would give her more than 5 stars if possible.

Sarah is the best - so smart and savvy, and will work her butt off for you. She was very, very good at listening to us and giving the advice that we didn't know we needed. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent!

I just completed my third transaction working with Sarah, and she's the best! I worked with a number of agents in recent years while I completed a 1031 transaction, and Sarah was by far the most diligent, knowledgeable, hands-on throughout the entire process. Most recently, Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right buyer, that the house was staged beautifully, and in great condition to hand off to the new owner. I know that when I have another need in the Denver Metro, Sarah will be my first call!

Sarah is the ultimate professional in the real estate game in the Denver metro. We worked with her to find the right home for us when we moved to Westminster over 6 years ago. She was so awesome to work with the first time we chose her again when we sold our townhome to move back to Wisconsin this past summer. She always had our backs and was very responsive to calls, emails, and texts. She even went through the trouble of shipping some of our stuff (that which our awful moving company simply left there without our knowledge) to us in Wisconsin.
