We relocated our family to the Denver area from Wisconsin and one of Libby's former clients referred us to her. This was a huge move for our family and Libby and her team were there to guide us every step of the way. Libby was extremely responsive, genuine and dependable with anything we needed or any questions we had. Libby was the consummate professional throughout our entire process. She came highly recommended from a very respected and successful realtor from our home town and she did not disappoint. Our sale with her was an estate sale after the death of my Mom, and there was a reverse mortgage involved, so there were definitely some potentially thorny issues. Libby managed the sale efficiently and quickly. Her expertise got us the sale price we wanted and the closing was smooth and simple. Another plus is that her husband is a professional photographer and he teamed with Libby to put together photos of the house and the 3-D tour online for the listing. He dropped everything, and was ready at a moment's notice when we decided we wanted to include some drone videography. He even shoveled the back porch so it would stand out better in the photos and videos! The best thing about Libby tho...she almost always immediately replied to my texts (of which there were many), and she almost always answered my calls or quickly replied to my voicemails. She was always there for us, throughout the entire process. Very highly recommended!
