I was looking for my first home and Sam came highly recommended by a friend. I was hesitant to work with a new agent as I had worked with an agent previously who probably would have gotten me into any house regardless of my needs and wants. I really needed to find an agent that would listen to my unique situation and help me find the perfect home. I needed a lot of space but also needed to stick to a budget. Sam took the time to listen to my needs and started working tirelessly to find me the perfect home. He was always available to chat over the phone when I had questions and always made himself available for the many showings I requested. We searched and searched and finally found the perfect home! Sam wrote up an offer that couldnt be beat and we secured the contract. Sam was with me every step of the way and he was genuinely invested throughout the process which made all the difference. Home buying can be extremely stressful especially for a first-time buyer like me (and it was) but having Sam by my side to guide me through the process made me feel like I wasnt going it alone. I am a single mother and the thought of finding the perfect house for me and my little family in Colorado was daunting.
