went to get something fixed and they broke something else completely different from what was worked on. we told them about it and they said we had to pay for it because it wasn't their responsibility. dont go here.

Just recently bought a used truck from this place. Let me tell you very unhappy with the whole process of the deal. The sales person brought the truck to me at my work to purchase it as I could not get to the dealer until after I get off. Got there and the truck was great exactly what I was looking for the brakes shook a bit and drivers seatbelt didn't retract properly. So I told the sales person that I would like those addressed if I were to purchase the truck. Of course he promised the world and up and down I'll take care of it absolutely anything you want. I told him I would bring it in the following week to get everything addressed. Fast forward to the next morning and I start the truck and the belt squeals for the first 15-20 minutes of my drive to work. So I called and said when I bring it in I would like that looked at and the belt addressed as well as the other few items that I was concerned about. He of course promised the world to me about getting it addressed and I make the appointment and drop the truck off the sales person is in such a rush to get me in and out of the door that he just kept saying yep yep I'll get it taken care of no worries. He calls me the next morning not even 24 hours after I drop the truck off with him and said it's all ready to go. I proceeded to ask man you got all that done in a short time and he then tells me that there was nothing wrong with the truck and that they couldn't do anything for me on any of my items that I was concerned about. I also did request a transmission service (even if I had to pay for it) not knowing the history of the vehicles driving habits he then tells me we didn't do the service either because the fluid is a 100k transmission fluid. Idk what planet you live on but there isn't a 100k transmission fluid for a 1 ton truck. So I just went down to pick it up and as soon as I start the truck (sitting in the sun) the belt is chirping I grabbed the guy and he has a tech come listen to it and he heard it then it went away due to the warmer temperature. Either way I don't want my truck that I paid over 80,000 for to squeak squeal or chirp when I start it first thing in the morning. They just said sorry we can't do anything for you so I left it at that. And the seatbelt that doesn't retract unless you feed it into the holder by hand there wasn't a problem found with that either, but they did supply me with a replacement seatbelt for me to put in MYSELF. I ended up doing the drive belt brakes and seatbelt myself which fixed the problems I was having and it was all out of my own pocket I had to pay for. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A BLUE CERTIFIED TRUCK. Will never purchase a vehicle from here and if you value yours or your family's safety I wouldn't either.
