        It's few and far between that a sandwich shop has gluten-free (gf) rolls. It's a hard diet restriction that Jersey Mikes takes into thoughtful consideration. It keeps hoagies and grinders for those who grew up with them on the menu. Great portions, freshly cut, and served with kindness from a team that seems happy and glad to be there.
