Bar Louie - The Shops at Northfield

The food is absolutely HORRIBLE!! And when they rip you off for almost $30 for a plate that shouldn't cost more than $10 they will give you a $3 coupon to "come try it again". Their corporate office doesn't respond when they comment back asking you to send the review to them. They really don't care, they are ripping people off and do nothing to rectify it...

ACKNOLWEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY SIT DOWN! We sat down at the bar, wasn't even busy yet and the girl looked at us twice and just kept doing her thing. Never once said I'll be right with you, never came up to us for a good 15 min before we left. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bartenders with blonde hair and a girl with long black hair. Thanks for having us leave one of our fav places

Horrible food, cheesy grits tasted of mold. Calamari is over seasoned batter with maybe 1inch Calamari rings. Wish I could erase the experience entirely.

We stopped by after work and before seeing a movie at Harkins. It was a Tuesday about 5pm and we were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly and attentive. It took a while for the bartender to make our drinks but they were good. Food was delicious. We got half off of our burgers (it's a weekly special). Despite the other reviews, we had a good experience.
