I have utilized the services of Streamline Property group several times over the last few years. Everyone has always been responsive and professional. Garrett helped sell a townhome up in Littleton. LeeAnn helped sell my home in Colorado Springs. And Grant has helped remodel my current home. This is definitely a one stop shop when it comes to real estate. I will be using them again.

Leanne did a fabulous job in preparing us for the sale of our home. She helped us with pricing it in the right price point which made for a quick sale of the house. She negotiated professionally and confidently with prospective buyers, helping us pick the offer that was most likely to come through. Her knowledge of the market was superb. She knew what kind of photos to post to best showcase our home. Leanne was very responsive and efficient in answering all of our questions. We completely trusted Leanne to bring us through the process of selling our house with no stress or worry. Shes the best!!

Streamline did a fantastic job remodeling our 2 bathrooms. The process was done with detail and easy to understand. Grant has great knowledge of design and really helped us make smart decisions overall. We look forward to working with the team and would recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest experience.

Owner Garret Smith and his brother Grant are both two faced individuals. If youre an active tenant they will be one way but once you move out they switch completely on you. Please be careful when turning property in, Record every conversation made if possible. Walk through of property went by saying, yeah I dont see any problems with the home or any reason you shouldnt get back most of your security deposit to one month after vacating, now coming with hey you lost your security deposit and you may be expecting a bill?!?! They completely made up bill where they charged Carpet cleaning $220 Deep cleaning $ 598 Labor $750 Electrical $300 Painting 2 rooms (only 2 walls were actually painted) $400 Trash haul $270 Door repair $230 I did not take a sledge hammer to the walls nor damaged the home I lived at for 5 years. Attorneys stated this is a common tactic used to keep tenants security deposit simply because getting a demand letter will cost you $1000 for an attorney to help you. Keep the money Garrett and Grant. And thank you for not charging me the extra $68 you decided to add to the bill so it wouldnt look too suspect that everything equaled exactly my to $2700 deposit.
