        4 days ago I attempted to purchase gas with my debit card. The card reader told me that my transaction was declined. However, it already had charged my card $43.77 for a "pending" transaction. 3 business days later, it is still "pending". Shell employees want to lie to me and let me think my bank is at fault for this. However, of my 4 pending transactions this week, the one from Shell was the only one to last more than a business day. Update: On the 5th business day, I FINALLY have my money back, and I really don't appreciate being told that it's the bank's fault you took so long. And your cashier (who is also the store manager) was rude to me, so I will never do business with any Shell Station again.

        Very bad service, I had change because I didn't have much money and the morning worker disrespected me. He said that he had to carry money of 20 or more and that he did not accept very low money so he would not carry money like that again. After getting gas I went inside to get the change and he very rudely threw the money at the ATM.

        This place is horrible , the cashier is racist and rude . Threatened me and my service animal. Best to avoid this place 7-11 across the street so much better

        Scamming crooks My water bottle didn't fit under the hot water spout so i grabbed a coffee cup to fill with hot water and pour onto my bottle. I then put the cup back, clean, never touched my bottle. On my way out the started yelling at me that I have to pay for the cup, I told them I put it back and they still made me pay for it. Ok, well if I'm paying for a coffee cup then I decided to fill it with coffee and pay for the coffee as well. But they don't have creamer so I used cappuccino to sweeten my coffee, so now they start screaming and yelling that the cappuccino is an extra charge! Dude, I just wanted water. Now you scammed me into paying $1.95 for coffee AND Cappuccino, when I dint want either of these... And I was so respectful to you too..quick way to lose respect
