Do not I repeat do not go to this place if you actually want mental health help. This office doesnt care about your mental health they will tell you a price and then bill you extra after. They do not care if you actually receive the right care. They will tell you last minute that your provider has left the practice. And that you owe hundreds of dollars extra. They do not care about your mental health one bit they just want your money. This place should be closed down. Whoever runs this company I hope you understand how much of a terrible person you are, you should truly be ashamed of your actions.

Incompetence doesn't even start to describe the administrative staff nor the provider I was assigned. DO NOT go here unless you wish to be charged an exorbitant fee only to discover 5 mins in to the appointment that it was made in error by the staff and the provider you have an appointment with is sorely underqualified. Out of pocket hundreds of dollars and absolutely no service was provided. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

SOL really needs to get it together. Changing the name isnt going to change the dysfunction. Administration and billing is an absolute mess, the online portal is a mess, trying to call to talk to someone no one has answered in days. It is really frustrating and has made the experience less than ideal. The therapists and psychiatrists are just okay but absolutely not worth the cost to go here. I had a pretty bad experience with one therapist in particular who seemed to be attending to her own agenda. There are so many more affordable options with more experienced practitioners.
