        Excellent care and I felt accepted and my therapist and therapy has been a positive experience and I'm hopeful my treatment plan will be successful. Thanking God for professional therapist and treatments that is helpful in rebuilding my life into a brighter one.

        Had a new appointment (the consultation) with Brittney Wright LPC scheduled. Specifically chose LifeStance because I had read her profile and felt like shed be a great fit. I was very excited to have found her. The morning of the appointment, I received a call from the scheduler saying that Brittney doesnt feel like my specific reasons for therapy will be a good fit and suggests I see a different therapist. I thought the consultation was to figure this part out? Without seeing me or speaking with me, this provider made a judgement. And didnt determine this until 2 hours prior. Complete turnoff, whether she would be a great fit or not, I no longer have interest in working with someone whod make such a quick judgement and make those kinds of assumptions.
