    Justin 1 star 09/21/2020 This is by far one of the worst company interactions I have ever experienced. I have a handicap accessible elevator lift in a property that I am trying to sell and I called HES to come trouble shoot the elevator for me. The initial experience was fine in that they were able to track the problem but told me that they could not turn it on as the gate was not operable. Beau (the tech) informed me that he would need to leave it off and the I would receive an quote to get it up and running, after having to call and speak to Amy more than a few times, never receiving a follow up call, after nearly 2 weeks I finally received the quote. With time and materials it would have been nearly $3000. I was able to fix the gate and make it fully operable and on track in a few hours and with less than $50. After speaking with Beau and then who I assume was someone in management, Pat, They refused to tell me at what point they turned the elevator off. Stating that is was a liability for them. I informed Pat that I was willing to sign a waver of liability. My initial contact with Pat was pleasant and when I explained to him the situation he responded "It's your elevator" but with each additional interaction his toned completely changed. In our final interaction He told me very firmly that I have two options, 1 to contact another company or 2 that I can pay for Beau to come back out and inspect my repairs. In response I asked Pat to explain to me what standards would need to be meet in order for Beau to turn in back on. Pat had an incredibly unprofessional attitude and was not willing to tell me the standards or contact Beau to help me understand the standards before I chose to have them come back out. At this point Pat seemed completely unwilling to communicate. I informed Pat that I would not be willing to pay for the services rendered until I knew exactly what was done to my elevator, at which point he informed me he wouldn't be billing me anyway. That is the only decent part of this situation. The bottom line is this company wasted my valuable time, were incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to communicate. I can't have my two weeks back, at all costs, avoid this company.

    Patrick and his helper took time uninstalling her stair lifts and did an excellent job and he explained a lot of things to me about it and very very professional from the office all the way to the installation thank you you have a five-star for me. Thank you for nstalling it on such a short notice we really appreciate it thank you

The service provider was very competent, extremely helpful, very nice and courteous, very knowledgeable in solving the problem, explained the problem and efficiently fixed the problem. I am hard to please, but HES went above and beyond. in this day and age, it was nice to encounter someone that actually likes their job and does the job with pride and enthusiasm. Thank you.
