Glitzy Lashes & Medical Spa

I really did not want to leave this review, however it's important to relay this message. I've been getting lash extensions for years, took a 6 month break after my lash tech from a cherrycreek salon moved out of state. I decided to give Glitzy a try with all the positive reviews. I've been here a total of 4 times. The first 2 times was with Ryann for a lash lift. She was sweet and professional. Due to my schedule, I decided to book with the master lash artist/owner Brandi. I was looking forward to this because I'm a lash gal, and didn't mind spending a little extra for the master pricing - she also had great reviews. My first classic lash appointment with her was not ideal, she was 25 minutes late, gave me a short "sorry for the wait" and then proceeded with our appointment. She didn't seem friendly or warm with me, if anything I felt I was inconveniencing her day. I should of just never returned, however I loved my lashes and wanted to schedule my 2 week fill. I thought to myself, maybe I caught her on a bad day. Yesterday, I came in for my fill with Brandi, AGAIN she was late, this time 15 minutes. She did NOT apologize, did not talk to me the entire appointment, and started to text in-between my lash fills. I honestly should of just walked out at 15 minutes of waiting. The only person who was empathetic was the front desk. Not sure what I did to deserve such poor treatment. Is it because of my race? The fact that I don't carry a designer purse? I've been nothing but nice/respectful to Ryann and the staff with my previous appointments. I am a real estate professional who prioritizes self care on my days off - and it's a shame Glitzy is NOT the place for me. I also wanted to ask Brandi about botox and filler, she was so off-putting both times I didn't bother. I don't feel like a valued customer, and thanks to the owner - I will never return or recommend her services.

I went to glitzy medical spa for a full set of eyelash extensions. This was an awesome experience I recommend them night and day from here to the moon and back!!!

I was so disappointed in my visit to Glitzy for an eyelash appointment. I was so excited to find a beautiful studio by my house that offered lashes and even allowed for a same-day appointment. I scheduled early in the morning for a noon appointment with Ryann. When I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, I was told that Ryann was running about 20 minutes late and that I could go to a coffee shop nearby to wait. I told them I would prefer to wait at the spa, although I would have preferred a call earlier. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes with the lady at the front desk only coming back to ask me "what is the absolute latest you can leave here?" (as I was mid-work day) but never providing me an update on what was happening or how much longer the delay would be. When the technician was finally available, she laughed and said "sorry for the delay" and then never spoke about it again or provided an explanation for the long wait. I ended leaving the salon at 2:30 pm. I was expecting a 60 min appointment (getting me out at 1pm). I was surprised when checking out they were still charging me full price + asking for a tip and asking me to schedule another appointment, which I did not. There are so many amazing places to get lashes in the Highlands and Berkley area. I would highly recommend going to a more professional place.

WOW! Brandi is freaking amazing! I was super apprehensive about getting Botox. Brandi took the time to go through the whole process with me, answer my questions and was very clear about how to get the results I wanted. This lady knows her Botox! Dont trust your face to anyone else. Shes a miracle worker!
