UCHealth Primary Care - Green Valley Ranch

Those two Spanish chicks with blond hair at the reception desk do NOTHING but gossip, talk about patients in Spanish ( others DO KNOW SPANISH!!!!) They never answer the phone, they lie saying they called to change appointments AFTER you SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED appointments!!! They cannot even get off their butts to open the door for a patient to the back!!! They reach over to use a CRUTCH to open the door ...lazy!!!

Angela Bryant was great as my doctor but the people who answer the phone are completely irresponsible. They dont want to take any accountability and now have kicked me out of their clinic. I called and left several voicemails telling them I needed to reschedule appointments and they never called me back and after the 2nd what they want to call no show they kicked me out of their clinic because they didnt want to admit their fault. I dont have a doctor because of them and they wouldnt even let me leave a voicemail for her. Update: After much persistence, and 3 people calling them everyday, they finally agreed to give me my doctor back and let me back into their clinic. Another update: Sadly, the same thing started happening, I tried several times to get a very important inhaler refilled for my asthma for over 3 weeks, I was completely out of my inhaler and was having severe breathing problems, I never heard back from the office so I had no choice but to find another doctor and doctors office. I am very sad because I love Angela but I cant go without my medication, her office staff are incompetent.

When you miss an appointment they will send last warning and forget you and never call you back.

Currently sitting here and it's been close to 90 mins since my schedule appt time. Going to have to leave soon due to, well, having a life. This is insane.
