This is the first visit to Panorama, where I have something negative to say about the Customer Service. The front desk person whose name I didnt get was rude and wanted to argue with me when I asked why I was being charged the co-pay. This was a three month post surgical check up and I thought this could have been covered by the original surgery charges. She was rude and accused me of arguing with her even though I had my credit card out to pay. Fortunately, this does not reflect the effectiveness of the procedure done on my shoulder. Dr. McNair is an excellent surgeon.

I went to Panorama, with a fractured shoulder, after a fall that smacked my left arm half out of my body. I landed hard and fast with the arm fully extended. (Basically landed on my exposed underarm.) That was 15 months ago and my arm has never been the same. Every day for all that time, I have had pain in my arm. But they would only look at my shoulder! My shoulder has long since knitted back together, but whatever injuries I have suffered to my arm have continued. Every day when I wake up it hurts, all along the inside of my arm. It swells up. Sometimes I feel it into my pecs, just below the shoulder blade. I went back two times to Hyland Park Dr Caldwell, asking for help. The first time was about 3 months after the injury. They ignored my concerns about my arm and took a shoulder xray. Even though I specifically asked them to look at my arm, they just patronized me saying "oh yes we will image your arm" but then ordered a "left shoulder xray". When I complained, he said, well, here's the top of your arm, and below that... well there can't really be anything there. (?!) He gave me a shot in the shoulder for bursitis. Told me not to worry about the arm. Then when I went back AGAIN, it had been close to a year. The arm was still really hurting, had never stopped. He didn't bother with an kind of scan, didn't even touch my arm. Just waltzed in, looked at the old x-ray, and said, "eh - maybe a little tendonitis, but your shoulder looks fine on this xray. Just rest the arm. When I protested he said "more shots could do damage to you, and do you really want surgery?" Let me say, I'm now angry at him every morning when I wake up in pain. I've been doing light physical therapy for my back and shoulders, but we have to work around the arm because there is something wrong there and it's swollen and painful. I guess all some people care about is collecting fees. It's all a big facade isn't it? Wow, I'm angry. I should wish on HIM the pain I've endured. Maybe then he would pay attention.

Where do I start. I went to this place for my knee injury and saw Dr. Caldwell who looked at my knee and said that I need an MRI. I got referred to get one, went back and he misdiagnosed and said that my knee has fluid, referred me to another orthopedic doctor who did an ultrasound and found that my knee didn't have fluid but my patellar turned into jello and that's what looked like fluid. I have been in excruciating pain for 2 weeks by this time, I asked for some pain relief, but Dr. Caldwell didn't want to give me a steroid shot instead he wanted this other doctor to numb my knee. The numbness lasted for only 4 hours. I was still in excruciating pain. Dr. Caldwell never prescribed anything to relieve my knee pain even though I've explicitly told him how much pain I was feeling. I had a video appointment on the 3rd week with Dr. Caldwell and he suggested surgery. I went to the orthopedic doctors of the rockies in Longmont and after telling the doctor the pain I was feeling, he prescribed me some pain meds that helped immediately. Had I got there the first day, I wouldn't have gone 4 weeks in pain. I do not recommend panorama orthopedic. Go to Orthopedic of the Rockies.
