SCL Health Medical Group - Lowry

Kristin and the whole team over here are the most caring medical team I have dealt with. They see you as a human and talk to you like you are their only patient. Have brought my whole family to this practice.

This place is a joke. They have never billed my insurance correctly. They are horrible at communication, you have to wait at least 30 minutes to speak to a human when calling. When I asked about getting in with a dentist..I was told, can you go somewhere else?

Have had nothing but terrible experiences here. I first made an appointment because I was having cardiac issue symptoms ,( high heart rate, short of breath, dizzy with any exercise ) I was told I would be given a referral to a cardiologist and it took THREE WEEKS for my cardiologist to actually receive the referral because the doctor is brushing my concerns off as anxiety. I kept calling SCL and they kept telling me I needed to contact the cardiologist which was false. Forward to today( I had a follow up because I have been seen in er multiple times due to my heart rate. ) I got stuck behind a car wreck and was 5 minutes past my app Time and was refused to be seen even though I had explained Ive been experiencing terrible chest pain which is a new symptom to me. Not to mention I was basically lectured for 20 minutes for choosing not to be on birth control during my first appointment.

I usually dont leave reviews but theres so many 1 star ratings that I feel this place doesnt deserve. Ive been going here for over a year for primary care. My doctor Kristin is extremely nice and remembered me personally and always makes for a great and attentive visit. You must get to the office early or they will cancel your appointment, as most doctors offices will. Get there extra early to find the building entry on your first visit so you arent late, and youll have no problems. Ive never had any problem with the front desk staff theyve always helped me in a timely and friendly manner. The facilities are very clean and nice and I definitely recommend trying them out.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Spencer and felt very heard and cared for. She also answered my questions well. The receptionists and nurses are also very kind and I overall had a great experience.
