Denver Health Eye Clinic

I recently had some urgent eye concerns and was very pleased with the care I received at the Denver Health Eye Clinic. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive to my concerns, relayed my concerns to the medical staff, and coordinated an appointment on short notice. The teams coordination of my care, from point of contact to checkout, was incredibly comfortable, accommodating, and professional.

No appointments available ever. Literally. And no explanation for how to get one. Classic situation where the only person theyll let you talk to is a person who only knows what you already read on the website and they refuse to put you in touch with anyone else or give you anymore detail or helpful information.

I was exactly 15 minutes late and got turned away. I waited for a year for a appointment!!! Then when I said I needed a appointment to be checked for the glaucoma in my eyes, she got all technical and got a attitude and said it was a exam. It was impossible to even have a conversation with her!!! She was so rude, and the next lady was even worse. She was trying to pick a fight with me!! All I was wanting was a new appointment, they couldn't even help with that!!! I would suggest going elsewhere. They most definitely ain't worth the money!!!!!! I don't even want to go back, the experience was so bad!! I surely don't want to deal with Denver Health if I can help it. I'm getting everything done somewhere else from now on. Thanks anyways.......they can be late and take their sweet time, but I'm about 20 seconds over 15 minutes and I have to wait another 6-12 months for another appointment!??? No Thanks, I'll pass!!!

Lately I've been spending a lot of time here I've got numerous appointments set up for the future and have so far had many I got a lot of nice things to say the staff there is for the most part very friendly the doctors are as well it's scheduling is a little difficult I know they're busy and they not much they can do about that other than that the hospital is very well put together he's got a lot of good equipment and so far has helped me I'm just hoping they can get all my vision back so I can keep doing these wonderful reviews for Google Maps but I got some pictures here attached just for you guys to take a look at you'll see the size of the campus from these pictures mostly it is very big and has several structures not to mention a wonderful View it does have a valet parking so you know and it also has a pharmacy that's down on the first floor it also has plenty plenty of handicap parking in the parking ramp next door to the building which is free it is tough finding a parking spot though if you're not handicapped for the most part but other than that it does have a I believe five story tall parking structure also eat fish with an elevator and if you are going to visit the dentist office there they do have and if you're on Medicare they do have free rides to and from the office that bills Medicare
