If you forget to call back, forget your follow up. Your medical care, in their eyes, is not their responsibility. One of my prescriptions needs two pills because of the dosage. Last week on Tuesday I called and my pharmacy called to refill my prescriptions. The refill wasn't ordered until Friday afternoon. When I go to pick it up, they have only refilled one of the two. Don't get frustrated. If you even express disappointment in their performance while on the phone with them, they will hang up on you. I was hung up on while I was talking because having a discussion of their mistakes "was not (her) responsibility." It is my own personal mistake that I have been with them as long as I have.
