This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at the ER. Every single staff member was so attentive, friendly and made me feel extremely well taken care of. Also, as a trans male, I have had to deal with discrimination in the past when receiving medical care and it was something I was very nervous about. At Rose Hospital, I was met only with acceptance and kindness from every person I spoke to and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Dont even deserve one star for their performance and mistreatment of a person who has a developmental disability they think its okay to give pain medication and then discharge the person right away I will never come back to this hospital again because I now fear for my life

Good luck trying to get any assistance with billing. I was charged more than was listed on my EOB and wanted to speak with Billing. 1st call: Someone answered, heard radio in the background. I said hello several times, and they hung up. 2nd call: A woman answered, could barely understand her, she said she was having computer issues, then disconnected. 3rd call: After finally getting back through the automated system, they are now closed. 4th call: Reached an operator who said no worries and transferred me back to the automated line. 5th call: Spoke with another operator who said their billing is only available until 5 pm Eastern? This is a hospital in Denver. Why is their admin team unavailable during mountain hours. Her suggestion was that I use my work break tomorrow to call back. Extremely frustrated, overbilled, and now need to take time away from work to accommodate their absurd hours.
