image I so hope whoever owns this company reads what people say. Spoke to Teresa from Denver office to provider them my son's billing insurance information for over a year old bill that I just received. Not only that this woman told me that she needs to find which Kaiser insurance my son was under (like there are thousands) she refused to hear his group# for insurance which clearly gives her code under which insurance he was at. Placed me on hold for 10-15min, then asked for his group ID number - these people do Nonsense things and they are called billing company? OMG.

image Terrible company. I was over charged for a ER visit that includes the PA lieing on a medical document stating that he installed a splint on my broken finger. This company does nothing to correct the fraudulent information. 0 star should be a opinion.

image Looks like my original review was taken down. So, to recap: I was notified after the fact that the Emergency Room Physicians that treated me were not in my network, even though the hospital they work for is, hence the reason I went there. Then Reventics sent me to collections even AFTER I set up a payment plan and paid them on time! Icing on the cake - they sent me a refund check today for Over payment! Not sure if this was a result of my BBB complain or not, but the refund check was for the exact amount they sent me to collections for. SMH... idiots.

image Absolute worst financial company out there! The staff is rude and doesn't care about hardships or medical conditions. When I called to set up a payment plan with them I had to fight with 3 different people to make a reasonable affordable payment plan. In that time I was bullied and berated because I couldn't pay my bill in full. Since then they have stop sending statements and claiming that they are sending them. Their resolution is check with your post office and "ma'am that isn't our problem". I told the company that I need the statements because I have a medical condition that causes memory issues and was told "ma'am your memory issues aren't our problem" so arguing commenced again because they wanted to take away the payment plan. Finally after telling them I can only make the payment arrangement the lady had the audacity to tell me "well ma'am you lucked out this time because they didn't take your arrangement away yet". I then tried to make a payment for this month and she told me that I needed to wait until next month.
