I have engaged JAMS-Denver mediators many times over the last 10 years, as party counsel, and have always believed in their neutral's impartiality and skills to close disputes. My clients do not always enjoy the reality of case strengths/weaknesses, but I've found objectively fair resolutions almost every time.

JAMS 3 star rating is way too high. Ineptitude, confused, arrogant, unethical, are descriptors that come to my mind when I think of this organization. Many of those who have reviewed JAMS have questioned their ethics, AND COMPLined about their behavior and I do as well. Stay away. It's concerning that a retired judge would want to be a part of this organization and link themselves and their name to this organization. Certainly, it makes me question the judges ethics and judgement.

Do not even contact. They DO NOT communicate and let you miss deadlines!

Poor ethics, sloppy work and zero accountability. Unable to handle the most basic arbitration. They do not stand behind their work and are unable to demonstrate the precedence for their claims.
