We've had a great experience with Naturepedic-Denver. From their very first email reply to hosting our whole family in person at the gallery, their customer service exceeded our expectations. LJ and Doreen cared about us all along the way and we were grateful to be able to buy locally through them. We are so excited to receive our new mattress!

Drove here today on a Black Friday. Google showed it was open. The sign on the door shows they should be open. However there is a small sign that the store would be closed during winter when severe weather conditions. It is cold and snows a bit byt the roads are clear. I think this was obvious by 8-9 AM. I wish they updated their hours on Google so we didn't drive all the way to look at mattresses. Also the store looked very small for being a mattress store. This is unfortunate but this is why people shop online more and more nowadays instead of driving to the physical location.

I recently visited the Denver Naturepedic location (on Fillmore), as I had been researching healthy mattress options. Immediately, I was met with a warm greeting from LJ. She asked questions, intently listened, and kindly explained Naturepedics products while I tested them. She guided me toward what I had been looking for- a quality, non-toxic mattress with pillows and sheets.
Im extremely pleased with the experience (professionalism and care) and the purchase!

The Naturepedic Organic Chorus Mattress is phenomenal, and so are the folks at the Denver Gallery who sell it. We have noticed significant decreases in our use of allergy and asthma medication since sleeping on these beds. At no time was there ever any odor or smell we "had to get used to." So we feel confident we won't have long-term impacts from VOC off-gassing either. In addition, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. One staff member is even able to sleep on her back for literally the first time in her life. The beds are shipped very well, in packages it's possible for people who aren't very strong to handle, and the Chorus mattresses and Naturepedic foundations are easy to unpack and set up. Just as important for us, the Naturepedic Gallery store in Denver where we bought these beds is absolutely fantastic. LJ and Doreen, the manager and assistant manager, are so personable! They answered all our questions by both phone and email, as we live in a very rural area more than 5 hours away from their store. They helped us figure out shipping to this rural area and how we'd handle the return if we had to (which we did NOT want to do, once we tried the beds!). On top of that, they were just a joy to work with. We had actually talked to two other stores in the CO Front Range that sell Naturepedic mattresses before finding The Denver Gallery with its dynamic duo of LJ and Doreen, but the managers of those other stores didn't seem to care about customers too far away to visit their store in person. We could not get their attention or cooperation -- not even a call-back after leaving repeated email and phone messages! LJ and Doreen, in contrast, CARE -- and it's obvious. We wound up being so happy with the first two beds we got from them that 3 months later we ordered three more Chorus mattress beds for the guests who come to our facility for learning programs. Obviously, different people prioritize different things in a mattress and frame, but it seems pretty meaningful to us that our comfort, health, and sleep are so much better simply because of changing over to these mattresses (and, more recently, the Naturepedic pillows as well!). We are SO glad Naturepedic makes these beds, and we are doubly glad that LJ and Doreen are at the Gallery in Denver selling them. If you have allergies or other kinds of chemical sensitivity, or if you worry about the long-term effects of the off-gassing VOCs you're breathing from inches away, every single night, you really owe it to yourself to try one of these mattresses. The same thing is true if you just wake up sore and tired every morning because your mattress emphasizes gimmicks instead of simple, basic, comfortable support. And while we aren't sure how things work, we are fairly sure that no matter *where* you live, J and Doreen can get one of these mattresses to you with a no-risk refund and return policy -- even though you probably won't take them up on it anyway once you try the bed. So if, like us, you want to get away from mattresses with VOC off-gassing but don't know what manufacturer to believe in or where to get one without getting ripped off, you should drop LJ and Doreen an email or give them a call and at least talk to them about possible options and solutions. We found out the hard way how confusing it is to sort through all the claims out there, so that's why we wrote this long review. It was other peoples' reviews that helped us find our way to this good solution, and now we want to do the same for others.
