I had a super painful neck injury by way of a large inflated silicone cow being lobbed onto my head from several feet above my head, unexpectedly. It caused trauma on top of a reoccurring injury residual from my novice competitive arm wrestling days in college. Last time the old injury got inflamed I spent over $500 in and out of the e.r. and doctors getting shots for pain and swelling with only temporary results leaving me tired and nauseated. This time around, what with small children needing me at my best all day (and night bc toddlers hate sleeping at night)... From the viewpoint of a mom, with a job, and 2 young, very spirited children, this was so much more of a pleasant experience as far as injury treatment and pain management goes. I sought dry needling and adjustments from the skilled hands of Dr. Greene sandwiched that in between massages of varying lengths with Nikki, Chris, and Roosevelt who all bring their skills and experience to the table 100% every time. I guess the bottom line is, if you've got to pay out for an e.r. visit anyway (my out of pocket is generally between $300-$600) which will leave you feeling drained and pained regardless, then give a blend of acupuncture or dry needling/cupping and bodywork therapy a shot next time. The cost weighs out about the same and your mental health gets as much of a recovery as your bodily affliction in a shorter time frame (in my experience anyway.) I can also testify that my family suffered way less of a mental blow from this injury than those before The Wellness Center was in our lives.

Very disappointed in my experience today. I booked a 90 min lymphatic drainage massage over a month ago. They called the night before to let me know that they dont do 90 min of this service. And theyd refund me the difference. I asked if they could do a regular massage before or after for 30 mins and they said. No. Ok fine. I proceed to show up and the first thing the therapist says is that I might break out in zits, feel tired, etc. the feeling tired is expected and I knew that going in. I wouldnt have booked this if breaking out was communicated sooner. Also, a few minutes in she told me some Customers ask for 30 mins of regular massage before the lymphatic massage and she gladly accommodates. Disappointed to hear cause I wouldve done that. Anyways. The experience was light as a feather. I know that is one style, but definitely not a style or experience that I would have chosen. All of this should have been communicated online or over the phone by the receptionist. If I was aware of the style and potential side effects I would have gone a different route. I completely feel like I waisted my money and its even more disappointing because this was a splurge experience I booked for myself before my wedding. Ill go elsewhere next time. Id like to clarify this was not the therapists fault. All could have been addressed better by the receptionist and booking site

Hello MK! While I would love to take credit for this review, we unfortunately are not a Dispensary. We offer Wellness Services, such as Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care and Naturopathic Medicine. Please update your review to the correct Wellness Center, as I am sure they will appreciate the good vibes.

Hey Moe! While we would love to take credit for this 5 star review, we can't as we don't have a Kayla that works with us and we have been at the same location (inside Whole Foods Market) for 22 years. Must be another Wellness Center.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry there was a miscommunication around the Lymph Drainage treatment and not being able to combine Lymph with Massage. Lymph massage is a gentle touch therapy that focuses on the lymph system to help the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, and immune functions. It sounds like massage would have been a better fit, if you are open to coming back in for a massage we would be happy to gift you a 60min massage, please reach out. Thanks for the feedback.
