This was the best support I could have with both my pregnancies. Having someone that keeps it real and has your back in a situation where doctors are pushing whatever theyd like is needed. It really took alot of stress of me having Jahala in my corner. Even after having the baby Jahala is always there for support and help making everything the best it can be.

Recommend 10000000%. I had prenatal massages with Jahala and bought a package of integrative massages with her, she is the best. She knows exactly what pressure points to hit and does such a great job!

I am 40 weeks pregnant and have had several prenatal massages around Denver and back in Los Angeles that were just not good. Jahala though?! They gave me the absolute best prenatal massage Ive had. She applied the best pressure and overall impression. All the stars given!! I cant wait till I can get her regular massage services.

I loved working with Jahala, she is amazing. Her healing hands and advice helped me get through the last few weeks of my pregnancy. She answered all my calls and listened to me probably she didnt question or judge me. I felt safe to say exactly how I was feeling every time we talked. Once I went into labor she provided virtual support until I was ready for her to come in person but I had a very fast birth and 40 minutes after I told her to come I had my baby. but her immediate Postpartum support made up for it she is a calm presence and so supportive I loved working with her.

I first connected with Jahala as my doula. I was a FTM and wanted that extra support. She was great through the process and I continued to go to her as my massage therapist. I just had an appointment today and she didnt disappoint. My body felt amazing after I left. I felt refreshed and at peace. Her space is relaxing and inviting. She has a gift whether its her doula work or massage therapy.
