        This is my FAVORITE gym. The classes are exciting and challenging and the trainers are dedicated to helping you meet your goals. Master Hai is an excellent coach/teacher/mentor. I always look forward to my training days with their crew! My mood is always elevated after working out at Trans. I recommend this gym to everyone!

      In our classes, we strive to strike a perfect balance between fitness, self-defense, and fun aspect in our drills. Fun and health go great together, and they only keep getting better! We strongly believe that Just getting your body moving is a great start to staying healthy and fit, and it only gets better if it involves some fun. All ages and experience levels are welcome! Family martial arts and kickboxing for all ages 4 and up. Teaching Discipline, self confidence, focus, coordination and fitness in a safe environment.
