    This is the delivery group for Lowes and they have been horrible to work with. They delivered flooring to my driveway and then didn't send in a second crew to bring it inside. They were impossible to get ahold of and took over a week to indicate whether a crew would bring the products into the home. The products ended up being picked up with no call to coordinate beforehand. Someone showed up at 7:15am and rang my bell telling me they were picking up the flooring and returning it to Lowes. They then had to drop off new product. They called the day before saying they were coming in the morning. One crew dropped off the flooring in the driveway. A second crew brought half of the flooring in the home. A third crew brought the remaining flooring into the home but left the underlayment and trim pieces outside and argued with me about bringing it into the home saying their orders said flooring product only. After looking at their orders it said all product not just flooring but he still argued with me. He refused to bring the underlayment inside but I convinced him to at least put it in the garage. They also left all of their trash including large pallets in the driveway and refused to take it with him when asked to. Also the underlayment was wet and some of it had mold growing on it. They then needed to drop off more materials the next day but didn't coordinate a time with us or let us know anyone was coming until 8am that morning with a delivery window from 9am to 1pm. Someone called to let us know the delivery group was running behind but didn't give me a window or give any information as to whether the materials were to be brought into the house. It has been horrible trying to get anything coordinate with them or with Lowes and no one answers the phone at either location. Best advice, do not order flooring from Lowes unless they figure out a different delivery system.

    The worst delivery experience ever since they never showed up. Four hour delivery window was extended to eight hours. At 10pm they called to say they were not coming and had to reschedule. Zero stars

    See Update below initial review -- 18 May - no 22 May - no 24 May - no... On the phone AGAIN to schedule delivery. This after speaking with a rep today at 5:04 pm 23 May and confirming delivery for 24 May. Only to get a text message at 6:22 pm stating it has to be rescheduled. Worst service ever!!! I was contacted by RXO shortly after posting my review. Then began back & forth dialog with Thomas. He was quick to escalate the matter. He was able to get the refrigerator delivered and installed today (24 May). The installers took less than 10 minutes and completely cleaned up behind themselves. The multiple re-schedules shouldn't have happened but the way Thomas handled and corrected the issue is very much appreciated. Thank you!!

    HUGE HELP TO ANYONE DEALING WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. Likely most of you have purchased an item through a big box store (like Costco) and have been pawned off to delivery via RXO. RXO will send you an email scheduling a delivery for your item WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. VERIFY with Costco, IKEA, etc. That the item has shipped to the RXO distribution center. Its extremely frustrating that RXO will send you an email for an item they do not have but that is the reality. They throw stuff at the wall and sees what sticks

    Delivery was on time (actually early but they did call as promised 30 minutes out), and install was fast. The guys were careful and efficient. I did tell them that Google Maps has my street wrong and they should look for the actual street sign and not follow Google Maps, but they didn't listen or understand so I had to go out into the yard and call to them to come to the right house.
