        Right out front of Union Station, $30 for our two bags since we were picking up after 6pm. Worth it - buy was very nice and there when he said he would be! Highly recommend.

        We checked on their website and saw that they are open 24/7, so we planned the whole first day of our trip around this business service. When we got there, the van was unattended and no one answered our calls for service (per the instructions) or responses to our calls. We had to cancel our plans. When we checked Google, it said the business was closed today. Which was incredibly frustrating since their own website said 24/7.

        Caution I left my bag with them, and my $300 Rolex hat was stolen from my girlfriends purse. Dont leave your valuables with these people; theres a bag concierge inside Union Station where you can be sure to store your luggage safely. PLEASE DIRECT YOURSELVES TO HIS REPLY. Accusing me and my girlfriend (both architects) of being careless, when we pride ourselves on being ethical professionals, is a clear reflection of this business's character. We wouldn't make this type of accusation if we hadn't done our due diligence. His establishment was the only time we were away from our bag during our trip from NYC to Breck, but coincidentally, my hat goes missing after leaving his premises. He can threaten legal action as much as he likes; We are prepared to defend myself. We hope no one has to deal with this man again. Caution See hat in the picture shared.

        at first we didnt like that its just a commercial van parked in a spot that holds your bags but it ended up being great! The employee chills in the van and it doesnt move. $3/hr or $10/day per bag. Stored 2 bags there and it was safe and easy especially being so close to the train!

        In town for the Pacers game (we lost), dropped my bag off while I watched us lose. Service was fast, friendly, and in my Bob Barker voice: the price was right. My flight after the game was canceled, so I had an extra day in the cold and flew back home Monday morning.
