dont know why their website says 20 minutes or less!!! it took an hour since the guy called and said 30 minutes!!! i live within a mile of their office. not only did it take 3 times their specified time, but it cost over 200$!!! try someone else i cannot recommend

They do what many locksmiths do. They quote you a range, and even if they open the door in 30 seconds, charge you the maximum.

So very expensive. Prices on their website are not accurate at all. They charge a ridiculous amount, $75 fir one lock to be rekeyed and was quoted $200 to rekey one other lock. Don't use them. Waste of money.
