Speedy Cash

I have a loan out I very much regret taking. I have no problem with the payments. My password stopped working for my loan account a week ago. I requested a reset link and none of the links work. I emailed customer service a week ago and again today with no response. I have called this local branch countless times this week with no answer. I cannot view my due dates or just pay this stupid thing off before they start killing me with fees, simply because they cut off my access. Since I took out this loan and it asked for my bank login information, I immediately changed my password and I highly recommend others do the same. As soon as Speedy Cash had my info and I changed the password, I got a slew of unauthorized login attempts to my bank account, just about daily for two weeks after I took out the loan. Unauthorized access to clients' banking accounts is fraud and felonious behavior. I do not condone the behavior or ethics of this 'business' aka scam, aka hustle one bit.

Denied me without a reason. Told me to unlock account so they could see credit, they unlocked it and they still denied me.

Apparently as of Jan 1st they dont do anymore personal loans . I had no idea, not advertised much. Drove almost 30mins. Super disappointing bc theyve been a great spot to always go to. Not sure what happened.

The reason I'm giving this place 1 star is that someone from there reached out to me. I returned the call and girl who answered. Was incredibly rude!!! She needs to learn customer service! Speedy cash please train her. Wednesday December 20th at 10.40am who know who you are!!! Please don't call me until you learn how to speak to a person.
