Red Rocks Shuttle

Brian is the man!! Reached out a few days before & the day of the concert. He also made sure everyone knew how to get back to the shuttle after the show. Would HIGHLY recommend doing this over Uber/Lyft

Georgeous service. The driver was really professional and so carefully. Scared by the halestorm I felt really safe with our Driver. I absolutely recommend!!!

Not the best experience. When I got on the shuttle I noticed the front glass what shattered and the driver told me it was from the hail storm several days ago. Driving with a windshield in that condition is very unsafe not only for the driver, but everyone on that shuttle. I shouldve gotten off but then wouldnt have been able to attend the concert at Red Rocks that night. Thankfully, nothing catastrophic happened. On the return, two people were lost and we spent around an hour waiting for them to find the shuttle. This caused us to sit at the very end of a very long line to exit the venue, and coupled with the endless moaning and groaning of another woman on the shuttle made for a terrible experience. The show ended at 11:25pm-ish but I didnt get to my hotel until 1:15am. I had to be at the airport the next morning at 7am. I wish the company had stuck to their policy of leaving 30 minutes after the show is over rather than over an hour later. People rely on these policies when making the booking. The silver lining was when one of the lost/late passengers told the woman who wouldnt stop complaining f you on the ride back. That made for an awkward but hilarious moment and almost made the whole thing worth it. Note: I called the company to share my experience and they didnt answer nor call me back.
