I have seen so many different practitioners, from Naturopaths to Nutritionists to energy workers, and while I respect all of them, Dr. Sarah is the only one who has truly been able to help me. She meets me and my body where we're at, while also gently giving it to me straight when I need to be challenged for my own good. She has changed my life, and after a lifetime of trauma and health challenges, given me hope that I can truly find my way to a happy, healthy life, and a not only better, but loving and thriving relationship with my body. Dr. Sarah has helped my husband SO much with her nervous system reset sessions. He is sleeping better, has less pain in his body, and his mood has improved drastically.
