ZERO STARS!!!!!
Do not and I repeat DO NOT use this company. We hired them to do a bunch of yard work and paid upfront (yep, dumb move). They have come to the house a few times, but none of the work has been finished. They were supposed to mow each week and do some more up keep on the yard, which hasn’t been done. The 1 time they did show up, they left an older man at our house for several hours after the job was done. He sat on the driveway for what seemed like 2+ hours before anybody picked him up.
I’ve called the office and asked for a simple refund. They man who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me.
I emailed him and again asked for a refund, but of course, no response.
Update: I’ve called and emailed several more times without any kind of response.
