I sent an email to the Spitz Legal Counsel and in less than an hour someone got back to me. She listened to me and let me know that within 20 minutes I would be sent two lawyers contact information. This service is very helpful for those of us who find ourselves needing legal assistance .

Spitz Legal represented our company through a round of investment and complex corporate restructuring. Throughout the process Mark provided valuable advice and insight, and worked diligently with us to close a successful deal. During the process, he helped review and draft contracts and contractual language, provide connections to outside tax and restructuring specialists when needed, negotiate on our behalf with investment firms council, and was always very responsive! Ultimately we had a successful outcome, and he saved us a ton in the process!
