Coin-Op Laundry

First time visiting, went on a Monday, place was okay, does have folding tables and carts available. Machines are coin operated or you can pay with your phone and if you don't have a phone you can use their kiosk there to pay. Each machine has a name and it was very easy to navigate the payment process. I had trouble with one and I called the number on Google, man picked up really quick and resolved my problem in minutes. Good customer service. The downside was that a lot of machines were taken but not a lot of people around. This is a place that isn't monitored so people start their stuff and just leave it. I was lucky I got there when I did, I didn't have to wait for a machine but I did have to use the 60 lb machine available a load cost $7.50 not everything fit, then when a 40 lb one became available I got it and a load cost $5.50, didn't need a 40 lb one but that is what was available. I was also lucky enough to have gotten a dryer because most of them were taken and a lot were done and just sitting there. After my stuff was almost done after being there for over an hour I saw a car pull up and a bunch of ladies showed up, they were there picking up the stuff they had left behind, people had been waiting for dryers and they didn't care they totally took over whatever wasn't taken, as well as the folding tables. I had my stuff under one in front of the dryer I had and they took the table and were folding a bunch of little rags and color coordinating, um do that on your own time, so rude. They took all the carts and I was going to use one to take my stuff out to my car because I had a baby with me, but had to make 3 trips. I will try a different place next time.

I actually visit the place twice a month and find it's less crowded lare at night or early morning.Since it's open 24 hrs. You can go at your convenience,it's clean and worry free for me anyway . I recommend you visit n see for yourself

Great Laundry spot. The place is well keep and clean including the machines. Plus you can pay with both cash and card which is convenient.

This is my second trip to this location. A gentleman saw me carrying a large load and ran to open the door for me. I utilized four washers all at the same time and in my distraction of managing two kids and following through with my chore, I had not pushed the last button to begin the load all the way , an attendee saw this and as I walked away he came up to follow through with the start process so I could keep my timing. Good workers, good place. Clean , professional, of quality.

Castle rock laundromat was busy today so I ended up here on my way to do other chores all the way up to Broomfield. This place is clean, small yet relatively spacious inside. All of the machines appear to be in order, and it was nice that the door was open to air everything out even more. The prices are reasonable and Im grateful this place was kind of on my way! If I still lived in the area, I would come here regularly!
