        In our first meeting the employee assisting us jokingly called me a knuckley b**** and said you cant be pretty and have nice hands, which we laughed off but was very unprofessional and bothersome in hindsight. Then the ring was very tight and needed to be resized but was stuck on my finger, they made us wait 48 hours before seeing us again (ring stuck the whole time), and did not take any responsibility just said that sizing rings is an art (that they failed at). Ring had to be cut off my finger at an urgent care. They resized it but now its too big but we dont want to go back to deal with them anymore. Overall we had a bad experience and do not suggest any of our friends or family to use the Diamond Reserve.

        Diamond Reserve has been absolutely amazing to work with! They helped my fianc custom design my engagement ring with engraving! It was designed beautifully and I'm so in love with it. When I needed it to get resized after the engagement they helped me figure out how best to make it fit. We came back for our wedding bands and they custom made my wedding band to compliment my engagement ring! They've all been so helpful and educated us on all things that go into designing a ring and how to best care for it. We have had a great time working with them and would highly recommend them! Thank you Diamond Reserve!

        I got my fiance's engagement ring and our wedding bands here. They have fantastic personal one on one service! I didn't have a ton of experience in diamonds or rings though they made this process very simple and enjoyable. They were able to customize the engagement ring to exactly how I wanted it. The price, service, and benefits was much better than many other jewelry companies that I considered working with. I would highly recommend The Diamond Reserve!

      We're frankly appalled by this review and the blatant fabrication of events. Let's set the record straight: our staff would never stoop to such offensive language as described. Furthermore, the narrative presented is a work of fiction. The ring was intentionally forced onto a finger that it clearly didn't fit, leading to the unfortunate situation. We offered sound advice to seek urgent care, yet you chose to disregard it initially. Despite your irresponsible actions, we still went above and beyond by providing complimentary repairs. It's worth noting that we offer a complimentary resize upon receiving the ring, as finger sizes can fluctuate. Your failure to utilize this service, coupled with your refusal to heed our advice, only compounded the issue. As for your attempt to pass the urgent care bill onto us, that's simply ludicrous and shows a lack of accountability on your part. We take pride in our service and craftsmanship, and it's regrettable that your own actions have tainted your perception of us.
