Not very satisfied with my experience here. Brought my pearls from Hawaii into to be set on earring studs. The guy was super unreliable to get a hold of. No one answers the phone or they have trouble finding the order at first. He lost the initial settings he ordered, so he had to order it again which took a while extra week. Not reliable with peoples valuables.The job wasnt so great, the excess glue he used to adhere the pearls to the setting wasnt wiped away so you can still see the dried glue. He also upsold me on the particular fasteners/back which were bulky and I hated. Wouldnt come back.
