Dr. O'Kelley at New West in Cherry Creek is terrific. She explains options very well and is responsive.

I've had good experiences with Dr. O'Kelley and Kaia Hoopes over the past few years, the front desk staff have been pleasant in my experience as well. However, the office logistics are exhausting to deal with: 1. Getting a timely in-person appointment is tough. You need to book out months in advance. Thankfully they offer virtual visits, but if something more urgent is needed that requires an in-person consult, good luck. By all means, you can go to urgent care somewhere else for a faster consult but that's often more expensive and urgent care providers don't have your full health record to reference. 2. Patient portal never works for me no matter how many times I request access through the office. I have never had issues using the same patient portal software for other clinics.

I was in a crisis situation. I was able to get in to see Rachel O'Kelly as my regular physician with NWP Assent was taking some time away. I explained my situation, embarrassing as it was, for the stress and anxiety that I was going through. She scoffed at me and told me to take Tylenol. She did absolutely nothing to help me. I love my regular physician at NWP Assent Family Medicine, but I will never see Rachel O'Kelly again.
