        Very professional, gets to the point. Staff is very busy, but that never stops them from being polite. They are very prompt with appointments. If you make a 9:00 appointment, you will see the Doc at 9:05 (after they take your blood pressure etc.) But they are very difficult when it comes to Rx refills.
