Absolutely Hideous ! I called them to get better network coverage, as their web page states. So I chatted with Radu that I would like to know the upload and download speeds of the network and he gave them to me. Well OK that seemed good, then I asked for a network coverage map and that was very good, too. So I signed up and after I paid for it, I asked for the networks cell number and he said we do not offer network, we only offer Internet. So I said, I am sorry I do not understand, we were talking about networking; why would I pay you $49.99 for something that is free? He said I do not know. When I asked for a refund, he said we do not do that here and when I called the main office they said they could not do it on the weekend; call back Monday. I called our bank and the account had the wrong amount taken out. Also, the phone number that was attached to the charge was an invalid number and they also attached themselves to our bank account with automatic pay which I expressly did not authorize! BEWARE CONSUMERS! HUGE SCAM!
