Ryan Slaughter Agency came highly recommended to me 2 years ago. I was hesitant to change agencies and the insurance company I’ve done business with for the past 12 years. After speaking with Ryan and numerous people in his office I was sold. I was educated on my policies and all my questions were answered thoroughly. Not only that I saved money on my new policies with equivalent or better coverage. I recently had to file a claim for hail damage and the customer service I received was better than I ever expected. From Ryan’s office to the claims adjuster the process was smooth and quick. I’ve had claims in the past and the service with another agency and company was an absolute nightmare. Working with Ryan’s team has restored my faith in people and the process.

Doesn't answer the phone or respond in timely manner. Disappointed in this agent's customer service. I'm a busy working mom and needed an agent willing to work with my schedule and communication needs. He seems too busy to really take the time to understand his clients. ***Edit - You were difficult to get in contact with and were short with me when I spoke to you about my appointment needs and seemed to not be flexible when I told you I couldn't come in person (legitimate concern). If you were as easy to get a hold of and as customer svc oriented as your response to my Google review says I would not have left your agency. Wishing you a wonderful 2021.

The Ryan Slaughter agency has been truly wonderful. They are personable, quick to respond, and easy to work with.
