I loved this hotel. Very nice staff at check in on 3/31/24, and the general manager was there for check out on 4/3/24 and was extremely nice and respectful

Nice place, rooms clean, organized well. Best bed I've slept in from hotels in the past. Staff attentive and polite. Would recommend.

TownePlace was ok, equipment in kitchenette could've used some care. It wasn't a bad stay by any means, just a little stuff here and there. It's not a new building, and the staff was as helpful as they could be. Walkability: Located just down the street from the high rises makes the location pretty convenient for "Get up and go" type of people. It's just across the street from the Hospital for those who need that extra care close by. It's very well located, especially for food and drinks.

I was visiting Denver and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Taylor at the front desk was super nice and helpful, and she even gave me a welcome to Denver present. The room was exactly what I needed, and the small shop they had in there helped me get some medicine for my altitude sickness.
