I only booked this hotel to be close to the airport on my last night in Colorado. Ive never stayed in a Fairfield Inn. The room (103) is big, nice little couch and desk area, and the bathroom looks clean. Plus, there was free breakfast that was decent. After checking in and pulling back the sheets, I noticed a stain on the bed sheets, a long dark strand of hair on the sheets, chunks of maybe food that spilled on the wall, and mysterious drips on the headboard. And, the carpet was soaking wet next to the nightstand. The manager was apologetic and gave me a good discount.

The room was great, large, spacious, clean. There was a mini fridge as well as a microwave. Which is good when with kids. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Antonia was top notch guest services and the rooms and bed very cozy and comfy. Would recommend anytime.

Do not stay here unless you like your money stolen. I was wrongly charged for a hotel hold that was supposed to be charged through my travel agency and a month later I still havent received my refund. All they do is jerk you around, lie and give you a later date of when the funds will be back and they never send it. I will never stay here or at any of these chains ever again.
