Beware of untold room switch and absolutely nothing done by management to correct any issues.
I prepaid for a 2 queen bed room, when I arrived at check-in I was told I was moved to a SINGLE bed room and would be provided a rollout bed. This was the start of terrible service and communication. That same night of check in I was told the next day I would be moved to the correct room. I packed and took everything out of the room I was initially put in, only to be told the next day they had no notes or anything regarding the room move. They did absolutely NOTHING to correct the situation.
Terrible service and management, will never stay at another Westin again.

Came to Denver to take in a couple Colorado Rockie's baseball games, 8 block to Coors field, 6 blocks to Union Station, tons of resturants close by. Room was clean and comfortable and the service from all was great! We will be back!
