Was supposed to stay here two months ago. My flight got delayed so I missed check in. They gave my room away and told me theyd refund me minus the first night. Still waiting for that refund and have called them several times remind them.

Unique hotel in a central location.. Valet available with an expensive city lot to self park just around the corner. Restaurant has a nice rooftop deck but little to no vegan options.

This hotel provided a room and other offerings that exceeded my expectations. My wife and I booked a mountain-view room that was impeccable, the hotel is in walking distance from various museums and attractions, and their on-site bar and grill was phenomenal. However, this hotel has a serious problem with their guest service staffing. One in particular, Chloe, was extremely rude and condescending. At one point during our stay, the hotel was having hot water issues. I called the front desk and spoke to Chloe. They assured me that it was being handled. After returning to the hotel later that afternoon, I asked if the issue had been resolved. A different team member responded with yeah, Im pretty sure. I attempted to use the shower and there was still no hot water. After taking a cold shower, and prior to leaving the hotel for the evening, I stopped by the front desk again to inform them that there was still an issue. I I spoke to Chloe again, this time in-person, and they responded with oh, thats news to me in an extremely sarcastic and off-putting tone. Never mind the fact that they were the one that answered the phone at the front desk when I initially addressed this issue hours prior. Just from observation, it seemed like some (if not most) of the service team would try and help other guests with issues, but it was almost if Chloe was purposefully trying to prevent that from happening and just dismiss the issue. Its a shame that such a great hotel doesnt vet their guest service team. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone else based on the experience I had.

My wife and I, as well as some friends stayed here for a wedding in the local area. The room itself was excellent. Spacious and had a very comfy bed. Sadly, that was about the only positive we had during our stay. The service we all were provided was terrible. I don't know what this person's problem was but Chloe (spelling) all but ruined our stay. Everything that came out of their mouth had a very condescending tone. An example was we booked through AMEX. The other people in our party did the same. We'll something was wrong with the booking and we didn't get to utilize our member perks because of it. The others were able to use their membership perks as they booked through AMEX also. I went down to speak with the front desk to see if the issue was something I did or how I could resolve it for next time. As the other clerk was trying to explain what happened (I was informed this was a reoccurring problem) Chloe cut them off and was very dismissive to my issue basically shooing me away. This person also spoke very condescending to the other party we were with as well, just a negative attitude our entire time. There were other instances of poor customer service but I don't want to sound entitled or like I'm nitpicking. I expected much more from this hotel and will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on.

Why is there no pool
