I worked for this company for 7 years. I saw firsthand open discrimination towards nurses, retaliation by managers upon staff, and several lawsuits against the company by former employees for discrimination. My previous manager was reported to HR by countless employees - nothing was done about her for years and years and years. The "higher ups" kept her around, despite all of the accusations against her. HR is unresponsive and plays "favorites". Communication absolutely sucks in this company, as do the benefits. Staffing runs the entire company and is not compensated for doing so. Payroll was constantly wrong and had to correct numerous paychecks all the time. I could go on and on and on. This place is not worth your mental, emotional, or physical health!

PCM does not stand behind their mission statement (see pic below) to their nurses. If you want proof reach out to me. As you can see I do alot of reviews and do not give 1 star unless its well deserved. Special thanks to Leigh and others for not valuing me as an employee, for not appreciating all that I am and all that I do for my clients. For pointing out the bad in every situation and not seeing the positive things about your nurses who truly are the root of your company.

The company terminated me due to the neglect of their nurses. Our paychecks are always late. The staffers don't care anything about their nurses. No compassion so whatever. It's a million-dollar company that doesn't care anything about you having benefits, PTO time, etc. PCM only cares about a warm body to go out to a client's home, so they can make money. I would rate this company a zero if they allowed it!
