I used to work in Home Health as a CNA in Nevada and I also worked in the office processing referrals. I know the intricacies of home health. Today my husband was visited by an AMI nurse after he came home from open heart surgery. Cindy is one of the best nurses I've met and we're blessed to be cared by her. Clarence is very unprofessional and does NOT communicate. He sends CNAs and Homemakers to my house after I clearly stated I need a schedule. I have stated a plethora of times that people cannot just be showing up to my house without my knowledge. One CNA by the name of Trisha actually had a complete meltdown with another CNA in front of my children. She also lied about her behavior to cover her own butt. Worst home care company hands down. I have never felt so violated in my own home not once or twice, but a myriad of times. Ive complained hoping things would change and nothing has changed. DO NOT go down this road like I did. Complete waste of time.

I received homemaker services from this agency for about 4 years. My aide was very professional and competent. However the communication with the agency was very poor. On the few occasions that my aide could not come there was no replacement or even a phone call telling me that no one was coming. When my aide quit the agency did not even bother to call me to discontinue my services. I have moved on to another more responsive agency.
