Using caution would be beneficial in choosing this homecare agency. If a nurse makes an informed decision to leave their employ, it has been established that the owners will leave during the business day to meet with the nurse's assigned patients at their homes and/or by telephone-unannounced-to discuss said nurse including making statements such as "this nurse is disgruntled" to assure the patient does not follow the nurse to another agency. To be clear, a patient's choice in their own health management is highly coveted, their absolute right and most importantly, the law! As this agency is still very young, it would behoove the owners to learn the importance of investing in their patients care and providing the staff with the respect they've earned through many years of education and experience as opposed to the trips they will make to the bank. Highly unprofessional. *Do Not Recommend*
