You have to create an account and link your account to a company to purchase the policies and procedures manual. Then you have to download each individual policy over 500 in all to amend individually before you can save. Each policy requires some type of customization. They have MCN phone number on every page which needs to be removed. Average time to customize there policies are 2 months. Also the login information does not recognize a previous account and you have to call customer service or chat to get an account reset or create a whole new account. Its such a headache. On top of all of that- there is no refund process. Very disappointed.
