    Went in, late Saturday afternoon, the lady had a serious attitude, I got there 30 minutes before they closed. Easy to tell she wasn't happy. Tried talking to her, simple conversation but ignored me. I felt very uncomfortable, the whole time. Still was nice and left a decent tip. She was constantly looking at her watch. To bad, because she actually did a decent job cutting my hair. But will never go back. I'm a paying customer, shouldn't have to feel like I'm bothering them, Like there doing me a favor. Plenty of places that will take my money. You're in the customer service industry, don't like it QUIT!!!

    I asked for an inch off and the lady cut off three inches ruining my look and now am facing bullying because of it I also heard her say midway through the haircut that it doesnt look right then proceeded to cut more off. Service: Haircut

    I've been here multiple times, and have always had a wonderful experience with different stylists every time. Friends are always surprised when I tell them where I got my hair cut. These people do an excellent job. To people like Alfonso (see the man who said he received a good haircut but left 1 star because his stylist wanted to go home after working all day), don't go in to a hair salon 30 minutes before they close. It doesn't give them wiggle room to do as good of a job as they'd like, and it pushes back their closing duties. Anyone who's worked any service industry job would have an ounce of empathy for that situation. Throwing out 5 stars to try and counteract that feces pile of a review, but also because of the value of what you get when patronizing this business. By the way, you're paying for a haircut, not a pay by the hour friend. So what if you didn't get to tell your life's story to someone trying to cut your hair. I've found every stylist very personable and polite. Maybe they just don't enjoy having to make convo with the type of person who leaves 1 star reviews after coming in while they're trying to end their day.

    Never have I ever been treated so poorly. I went to the Great Clips at 44th and Lowell in Denver on Monday, March 7, 2022. I checked out at 11:41 a.m. My Stylist was Celestin. I was not greeted with a "Welcome to Great Clips." I was asked if I checked in online? I said I was a walk-in. I told her I needed a haircut. She asked what I wanted. I told her I had cancer and I am on chemotherapy. I had a double mastectomy in 2020. I told her I have brain surgery scheduled for April 2022. I have not been to a salon since the pandemic. My Goddaughter (a high school math teacher) has trimmed it. I wanted a short cut because of the upcoming surgery and, the chemo has caused hair loss. She said that I did not know if I would lose all of my hair due to chemo and they only shave a small portion of my head for brain surgery. No empathy. It took me a long time to work up the courage to get my hair cut. I wore my mask. She kept asking me how short I wanted my hair. I said that I could not be the first client to be on chemo. I asked if she had a suggestion? No. This is unfortunate because she was a master with the scissors. So precise and focused. But, because of her attitude, I will not return. Service: Haircut
