Great Clips

Checked in an hour ahead of time online. They just let whoever walked in go ahead of me & asked me to wait another hour after I got there. Why even have online check ins if the times you quote are over an hour off? Not the first time this has happened at this location.

I have long hair and they could not even trim it straight. Lady has no idea what she was doing and her customer service was terrible. I will never go back. I now have to wait for it to grow out and find a real professional who know how to cut hair. Service: Haircut

Conrad didn't give me a haircut when I showed up 5 mins after the automated text message told me to be in the lobby. Didn't even bother to look at the text or the time. I will report to bbb. The below message is an auto reply.

Lady name called ( BANCHU) she is very rude , mean and unprofessional. I went to cut my hair , I was explaining what I want , she is not listening talking rudely, no manners for customer service . Those type of person is not good for customer service work very unprofessional,

Friendly hairstylists and if you do the online check in it'll save you time. They'll also text you if your time is coming up so you don't have to wait in the shop.
